The NLRB has delayed the new posting requirement again. What posting requirement, you might ask? Last year, the NLRB put out a mandate that private-sector employers would need to post a notice advising employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. Through legal rangling, the posting requirement was delayed from its original date of November 14, 2011 until January 31, 2012. However, it has been delayed again and the new date is April 30, 2012.
